Intellectual property
The programs, their design, the texts, the logo and the VitrinaViral brand belong to the owner. You may not copy, distribute or modify them without permission, except as permitted by the licence you purchase. In Buscador de Clientes, business data comes from OpenStreetMap (© OpenStreetMap contributors, ODbL licence). The Inter and JetBrains Mono typefaces are used under the SIL Open Font License.
Links
This website links to third-party services (Creem, Netlify, OpenStreetMap, GitHub). We are not responsible for their content or their policies.
2. Terms of sale and licence
What you are buying
You are buying a licence to use the program (Buscador de Clientes or ObraFácil) for Windows 10 and 11, not ownership of the program. Each licence is valid only for the program you buy. The licence is personal, may be activated on a maximum of 2 computers at a time, and may not be resold, shared publicly or used to create a product that competes with this one.
Buscador de Clientes:
- 1-day free trial: free of charge, one per computer, with all features. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- 1 month (€30) and 3 months (€60): the licence expires automatically at the end of the period. There are no automatic renewals or charges.
- Lifetime (€200): one-off payment; the licence does not expire and includes updates for as long as the program continues to be offered.
ObraFácil:
- 14-day free trial: free of charge, one per computer, with all features. Nothing is charged when it ends.
- 1 month (€9.90) and 1 year (€79): the licence expires automatically at the end of the period. There are no automatic renewals or charges.
- Lifetime (€149): one-off payment; the licence does not expire and includes updates for as long as the program continues to be offered.
- ObraFácil makes quotes and keeps track of jobs and payments; it does not issue invoices. The quotes you generate are your responsibility (prices, taxes and terms).
Prices are those shown on the checkout page at the time of purchase. Taxes (VAT or others) are calculated there according to your country.
Who sells to you: Creem
Purchases are made through Creem, which acts as the official reseller (Merchant of Record): it is the party that charges you, calculates and declares your country's taxes and sends you the receipt or invoice. We do not see or store your card details. By purchasing, you also accept the purchase terms that Creem shows you on the checkout page. Licences previously purchased through Lemon Squeezy remain valid.
Delivery
Once payment is complete, you immediately receive your licence key on screen and by email, and you download the program from the confirmation page or from this website. Updates are installed from within the program itself.
Refunds: 14 days, no questions asked
If you're not satisfied, we'll refund your money. You have 14 calendar days from purchase to request a full refund, without having to give us any reason.
- How to request it: write to us at [email protected] or reply to your receipt email, stating the email address you used to purchase. No form is required.
- How the refund is made: using the same payment method, through Creem, normally within a maximum of 14 days from your request. It costs you nothing.
- What happens to the licence: once the money is refunded, the licence is deactivated and the program stops working. Your data remains on your computer.
- This guarantee is voluntary and improves on what the law requires for digital content (which allows the right of withdrawal to be lost once the download has begun). It does not limit any other rights you have under the law as a consumer.
Warranty and liability
We do our best to make sure the program works properly and we fix any errors you report to us. If you are a consumer, you have the legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007): if the program does not work as described, we will fix it and, if that is not possible, we will refund the amount paid.
We do not guarantee sales, clients, income or any specific results: these depend on how you use the program. Business data comes from OpenStreetMap and may be incomplete or out of date. Except in cases of wilful misconduct or gross negligence, we are not liable for indirect damages or data loss; the program makes a daily backup and lets you create your own.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you may bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence and you retain the rights granted to you by the law of your country of residence. Before anything else, write to us: almost everything can be resolved by email.
3. Responsible use and commercial communications
The program helps you find businesses using public data and prepare messages. You are the one who decides who to write to and who sends each message, from your own WhatsApp: the program does not send messages automatically or in bulk.
Therefore, by using it you are responsible for complying with the regulations that apply to you, in particular:
- Commercial communications (art. 21 LSSI in Spain and equivalent rules in other countries): in the EU, sending advertising by electronic means (email, SMS, WhatsApp…) to people who have not requested or authorised it may be prohibited or restricted. Write individually, introduce yourself, ask before sending offers or links, do not insist with people who do not reply and stop writing immediately to anyone who asks you to.
- Data protection (GDPR): the business data you store in the program (name, phone number, notes) is processed by you, as data controller, on your computer. Use it only to contact those businesses for your professional activity and delete the data of anyone who does not wish to hear from you.
- WhatsApp rules: respect its terms of use. The program includes a daily limit and pauses to help you, but it does not guarantee that WhatsApp will not restrict your number. Do not use other numbers to get around a block.
- Demo websites: do not publish false information, made-up reviews or third-party content without permission on them. The websites are published on your own Netlify account, for which you are responsible.
Using the program to send spam, harass, impersonate others or for illegal purposes is not permitted. If we detect such use, we may deactivate the licence.
4. Privacy policy
We comply with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD). We process as little data as possible.

What data we process, why, and on what legal basis
| Data | Purpose | Legal basis | Retention period |
|---|---|---|---|
| When you buy or request the trial: name, email, country, plan, licence key and amount (provided to us by Creem) | To deliver and manage your licence, updates and refunds | Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legal obligations (art. 6.1.c) | While the licence is active and thereafter for the legally required periods (for example, tax or claims periods) |
| When you write to us: email, name and whatever you tell us (and the technical diagnostics if you send them to us) | To reply to you and provide support | Your request and performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b); legitimate interest in assisting you (art. 6.1.f) | As long as needed to resolve it and, at most, 2 years |
| When you use “Report a problem” in a program: what you write, your email if you add it, the program and its version, the Windows version, the language, the approximate country of the connection and, if you leave it ticked, the last lines of the error log | Finding and fixing the problem and, if you leave your email, replying to you | Your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR) and legitimate interest in the programs working properly (art. 6.1.f GDPR) | As long as needed to resolve it and, at most, 2 years |
| When the program checks the licence: the licence key and an anonymous computer identifier | To ensure the licence is used on a maximum of 2 computers and to prevent abuse of the trial | Performance of a contract (art. 6.1.b) and legitimate interest in preventing fraud (art. 6.1.f) | For as long as the licence exists |
| When you visit the website: IP address and technical connection data, in the hosting logs | To serve the website and protect it from attacks | Legitimate interest in security (art. 6.1.f) | The hosting provider's short retention periods |
We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising and we do not make automated decisions that affect you. We will only write to you about your licence or your enquiry; if we ever send commercial news, it will only be to those who have agreed to it and with a link to unsubscribe.
The programs: your data stays on your computer
What you save in ObraFácil (quotes, clients, jobs, payments, logo and settings) is stored only on your computer; we have no access to it. ObraFácil only connects to our licence server and to Creem (for the licence) and to GitHub (for updates), and opens WhatsApp or your email program when you send a quote. Your clients' data that you store in the program is your responsibility: you decide what you store and why.
The businesses, clients, notes, payments, websites and settings you save in Buscador de Clientes are stored only on your computer; we have no access to them. To work, the program connects to:
- Public OpenStreetMap servers (Overpass and Nominatim): to search for businesses. They receive the area and type of business you are searching for, and your IP address.
- Our licence server (on Cloudflare) and Creem: to activate and check the licence, using the key and the computer name. Older licences are checked with Lemon Squeezy, using the key and an anonymous computer identifier.
- GitHub: to check for updates and download them. It receives your IP address, as with any download.
- Netlify: only if you publish a demo website, on your own account and with your token.
- WhatsApp: the program opens WhatsApp with the message written; you do the sending.
Diagnostics and bug reports only reach us if you decide to send them. They do not include your database or your token; the error log contains technical messages from the program, and you can untick it before sending.
Who data is shared with (processors and recipients)
- Creem (Estonia, EU): payments, taxes and licence delivery. It processes payment data as a controller in accordance with its privacy policy, published at creem.io.
- Lemon Squeezy, LLC (USA): only for licences previously purchased through them. It processes that data in accordance with its privacy policy.
- Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting of this website and cookieless visitor statistics (Cloudflare Web Analytics).
- Google LLC (USA): support email (Gmail).
- Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA): delivery to our support email of the bug reports you send from the programs.
- GitHub, Inc. (USA): hosting of the program's downloads and updates.
- Public authorities, judges and courts, only when required by law.
International transfers: these providers may process data in the USA. This is done with the safeguards required by the GDPR: the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Data Privacy Framework) where the provider participates in it and, failing that, standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
You may at any time exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent you have given, by writing to [email protected] from the email address you used to purchase or explaining how to identify you. We will reply within a maximum of one month.
If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may file a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (Spanish Data Protection Agency, aepd.es).
Age
The program is intended for professionals and people over 18.
5. Cookies
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, whether our own or third-party. Fonts are served from our own hosting, without connecting to Google. That is why we do not show you any cookie notice.
Language: the first time you visit, we show you the website in the language of your country. To do this, Cloudflare tells us the approximate country of your connection at that moment; we do not store your IP address or your country. If you choose another language in the 🌐 selector, we store a single technical cookie called idioma (it only contains the language code, for example "en") for 1 year, so that it doesn't switch back. It is a cookie necessary for the service you request, so it does not require consent (art. 22.2 LSSI). You can delete it from your browser whenever you like.
Visitor statistics: we use Cloudflare Web Analytics to find out how many people visit each page, which website they come from and whether the website loads quickly. It does not use cookies or store anything in your browser, does not track you across websites and does not allow us to know who you are: we only see aggregate figures (for example, "120 visits to ObraFácil this week"). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in improving the website (art. 6.1.f GDPR).
When you click a purchase button you go to Creem's checkout page (until that moment the website does not connect to them). That page uses the cookies necessary for payment, as explained in its privacy policy.
